Willow | Few could point to Willow on a map. It's quiet, primitive, and unremarkable. When Willow does appear on the news it's for another ode to a soul that whistled down the wind within Willow's deep and draining woods. In accessory to its black reputation, Willow's citizens are kind, yet forthright. Though it takes as much for a child to develop there. |
Twosocks | The globe's golden egg and a beacon of hope in a world without time on its side. People flock to Twosocks for its security. The Mates of State's primary operating base is located in Twosocks and it shows. However, as no coin has two heads, Twosock's citizens are seen as uptight and foolish. They stoop about as a fussock in the limelight as they have all the money and time, and not a care in the world. |
Dvorak | A coastal town located within a freezing climate. The adventuring guild known as Athena is situated inside Dvorak's border. The people of Dvorak are welcoming and open, and it's easy to meet friends at the JaJa Jive Jazz Club. Though it may be cold most of the year, Dvorak is a diamond in the rough for scenic serenity. |
Guild of Time | A cult that worships the Temporal Guardian as a God. They have taken to interpret recent events as a sign of imminent reckoning that will wash the world clean of its misaligned ways and bring about an age of production, development, and certainty. Their chapel sits atop the Airee Mountain Range, overlooking the coming endtime. |
Agnes Island | Nobody is allowed to travel to Agnes Island. It's a historical site protected by the presence of the Temporal Guardian. They recluse at Agnes Island such that they may never be tainted by the ideals of man. Yet, strange phenomena have been witnessed in recent times off its coast. Those that were sent to investigate by the Mates of State have not returned. Some say the Guardian has fallen ill, others say that they've become corrupt. Whatever it is, its begun washing up on the shores of nearby lands and spreading, seeping into whatever life it grabs hold of and churning up a storm in its wake. |
